Got a magnetic travel set

Needed a magnetic travel chess set for an upcoming trip. Saw a decent one on ChessHouse, so I just went for it. It got here pretty fast, and it's exactly what I needed. The magnets are strong enough so pieces don't slide all over when the bus jolts. No complaints, it's a solid little set. Happy with the purchase, made things easy.

Clearance score on a set

I was looking for a decent chess set but didn't want to spend too much. Found a great deal on a wooden chess set in their clearance section. Got free shipping too since my order was over $100. It felt like a good value for the money. The set came well-packaged and looks pretty good for what I paid. Definitely worth checking their sales if you're on a budget.

Quick delivery, good set

Ordered a magnetic travel chess set. It arrived quickly. Set is sturdy, pieces stay in place. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable for school club

This is my third or fourth time ordering from ChessHouse for our school chess club. I usually get the plastic tournament chess sets and some scorebooks. They're consistently good, sturdy enough for kids to use daily without falling apart right away. This time, I also got a few DGT chess clocks. They all arrived in good condition, and the clocks were easy to set up. It's nice knowing what to expect; the quality and delivery times are always reliable.

Good quality, fast shipping

I recently ordered a new set of weighted chess pieces along with a roll-up vinyl chess board. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just added items to the cart and checked out. Shipping was surprisingly fast, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. The pieces felt substantial and the board laid flat right out of the packaging, which is a big plus for vinyl boards. I didn't need to contact support, so can't speak to that, but the product quality and delivery were great. Everything was exactly as described online, making it easy to find what I needed for my home setup. The pieces fit well on the board too, good proportions.

Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered a luxury Staunton chessmen set and a roll up vinyl chess board a few weeks ago. The ordering process was pretty smooth on their site, easy to navigate. Delivery was surprisingly fast; it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. The chessmen themselves feel solid and well-weighted, exactly what I expected from the product description. The vinyl board unrolled flat without much fuss, which was a nice change from others I've had. I had a quick question about cleaning the pieces, and their customer support responded to my email within a day with helpful tips. Overall, a good experience and the quality of the items was high.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This isn't my first purchase from ChessHouse. I've bought school chess kits from them before, and this time I needed a giant outdoor chess set. Like my previous orders, everything was well-packaged and arrived without issues. Their product descriptions are always accurate, so I know what I'm getting. It's nice to have a reliable place for chess gear. The outdoor set is robust, just as expected. They've been consistent over the years, which is why I keep coming back when I need something.

Decent experience, minor snag

I bought one of their DGT chess clocks and a few chess strategy guides. The clock works perfectly, easy to set up and use. The books arrived in good condition too. Shipping took about five days, which was reasonable. My only small issue was that one of the book covers had a very slight bend on the corner, probably from transit, but it wasn't a big deal. Customer service seemed responsive when I had a question about product availability before ordering. Overall, a positive experience, just that minor cosmetic blemish on the book. I'd consider buying from them again.

Great value on clearance

I was looking for a decent plastic tournament chess set without spending too much. I checked their clearance section and found a great deal, around 25% off. With free shipping over $100, it felt like a solid saving. The set itself is perfectly fine for casual play and tournaments. Definitely worth the price I paid.
